Green Beans with Shallots

Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, cooked
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 ea shallots, large diced
Instructions
- Sauté the shallots in the butter and oil until lightly browned.
- Add the string beans to the shallots, toss well to heat through, then season to taste.
- Plate and serve.
